Intro, I'm new here.
My father was an alcoholic and a drug addict. He took peyote one night and prayed to God to let him meet the right woman, the one that would save his life... The very next day he saw a beautiful glowing blond-haired woman, reading stories to a group of black kids outside of a fair ride. (he was a carny)... and he KNEW that he had found his angel. A couple years later, clean and sober, he convinced my mother to have me and I was born January 22nd 1985 in Louisville, KY. My mother passed away unexpectedly and tragically on Thanksgiving of 2007. RIP mom, our angel. November 28th 1950- Novemebr 22nd 2007. You were my best friend and very special to us all. She had a Livejournal. It was [info]starrshine1 =( I miss you, mommy.

I am diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I am currently on meds/in therapy. I do BASE group ever Monday and I LOVE my psychiatrist. She is beautiful and amazing an a Harry Potter geek, like me. I'm lucky to have FINALLY found a good psychiatrist and everything.

I SUPPORT THE LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA. If for no other reason- ALCOHOL is a DANGEROUS and LEGAL drug. I figure, if it's going to be legal, then marijuana should be, as well. It's proven fact that marijuana is hardly harmful and it's worst side-effect is laziness. So yes, legalize pot already.

I'm an old school raver. A lot of my heart still lives within these events, yet I hardly "party" any longer due to responsibilities. It's been about 2 years since i last went to a rave, but that doesn't mean I don't miss it or desire a good show soon. My husband wants to wait until a few GOOD DJs come around or until we have the money to travel to a huge bomb-ass warehouse party..... no more VFWs for us.

Spiritually I can not label my religion. It's a mixture. I suppose he most I'll put in here is that my beliefs are sort of a mixture of New Age, Christianity, Shamanism, and Hinduism. I do not believe that God has a human-looking body or a body at all and I sort of believe that God is The Sun (for multiple reasons). I believe that God is the bright light you see at the end of the tunnel during a near death experience, the creator force that keeps us alive, and so forth.

I have 3 children and I'm an evil "moo"/"breeder." My oldest two are daughters, ages 7 and 4. While my youngest is my baby man, age 1 year old. They are pretty much my reason to live. Nothing, no euphoria, no connection with anyone, nothing on earth compares to the beauty that is being a parent, IMO. I am truly blessed. However, merely because I am a mother- That does NOT mean I have no interests of my own (which I think you can tell by now).

I'm pretty much a Cobra Starship groupie. lol. I'm not going to explain this one.
